d. for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Revive Health and Wellness under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. Revive Health and Wellness shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond our reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Reservation of Rights
a. We reserve the right at all times to edit or to remove from the Site any information or materials for any reason whatsoever, and to disclose any information we deem appropriate to third parties to satisfy any obligation we may have under applicable laws, regulatory requirements, legal processes, or to satisfy any request of the police, government or any regulatory body.
b. We reserve the right to terminate the provision to you of the Services or restrict your access to the Site at any time without cause and without notice at our sole discretion.
